Saint Plast was established in 1985 by its founders to manufacture packaging materials. It is one of the largest companies specializing in the manufacture of printed plastic bags of all types (high density HLD, polyethylene LED, and polypropylene PP), as well as plastic rolls of all types. From the outset, Saint Plast has been committed to the motto “Innovation and exceeding customer expectations is our goal.” After achieving remarkable success, it was decided to relocate the company’s headquarters to its new location, through which the company was able to launch its efforts. The International Company for Petrochemical Industries and Trade is expanding its plastic packaging production. This is evident in the following production lines:
– A film production line for the manufacture of low-density and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) packaging for premium packaging purposes. This line is dedicated to producing and printing high-quality multi-layer films to keep pace with advances in the packaging industry.
– A printing line, where we have reinforced and modernized the printing lines with the latest global plastic printing machines. We have also established a specialized design and color separation center to ensure quality.
– Plastic layer lining line of all types (2 layers & 3 layers). – Lines for cutting and forming bags, envelopes, and rolls to meet most packaging needs (Longitudinal shears: The company performs longitudinal shearing (slitter) in all sizes. – Cross-cut shears: The company manufactures bags for (zipper bags, 3-seal bags, Italian-sealed bags, center-sealed bags, frozen chicken bags, and express mail bags).
– Lines for cutting bags from low- and high-density polyethylene materials with handles (ribbon, support, and strap).
We have provided the necessary equipment to conduct all basic quality assurance tests and obtain international quality certification (ISO) (ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015, ISO 22000-2018, and ISO 45001-2018), immigration certification, and food safety certification.
